Frogect is an IT agency from Hamburg that specializes in custom software development, web systems, CRM/ERP, automation, and AI integration. Its clients are medium and large businesses in Germany that need a digital partnership, not just a project contractor.
The team came to us without a visual identity. No logo, no brand style — only a strong product and expertise. The task was specific: enter the German market and convey reliability, modernity, and technical depth from the very first touchpoint. In the B2B segment, identity is the first filter of trust, before any conversation with a manager.
A zero visual foundation. Only a name, the team's expertise, and the ambition to enter the German market.
A mark, a system, and a guideline — in 4 weeks. For the website launch, client presentations, and the first negotiations.
Clear Space
is the minimum allowed space around the logo. When using the logo or symbol, the clear space must always be respected.
Symbol clear space
When using the symbol, the same rules apply as for the full version of the logo.
Process
We studied 40+ identities of IT agencies and service companies in the German-speaking market. We built a map of visual territories. We found a free zone — technically convincing, yet alive.
A geometric frog — too literal. An F-shaped abstraction — too cold. A hybrid star mark with organic movement — exactly right. The client chose the third: it was the only one that worked at 16px and on a signboard at the same time.
We tested 12 typefaces. We settled on Mazzard — geometrically strict, but with warm details. Exactly the feeling a partner needs, not just a contractor.
Two final rounds of revisions on color, clear space, and versions. Brandbook layout with examples of misuse. Handover of source files to the Frogect team.

Audience and market
Frogect's target audience is IT directors, operations managers, and owners of medium-sized businesses in Germany. People who make partnership decisions based on trust. The first impression forms before the call — through the website, the business card, the way the logo looks in an email signature.
The competitive landscape is divided into two camps: large German IT integrators with heavy corporate identities and small agencies with faceless minimalism. Frogect had to take a third position — technically rigorous, yet alive. A partner, not a contractor.
